Tap Display. You see:

Tap keyboard type to use.

Tap OK.

set voice prompts

To enable/display specific TN20/TN30 voice prompts:

From the main menu:

Tap Settings.

Tap Prompts. You see:

Tap checkbox to select/unselect a voice prompt.

Tap OK.

connect to your phone 
for handsfree calls 
(TN30 only)

From the main menu:

Turn off any Bluetooth devices previously paired 

with your device.
