send calendar event to another

To use a Bluetooth connection to send a calendar
event to another phone, computer, or device:

From the calendar item, press the right soft key
(
+) (Menu).

Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Send via Bluetooth
and press the thumb wheel or center
select key (
s
) to select it.
Note: Your phone prompts you to turn on
Bluetooth if it is not already on.

Select the device to which you want to send the
item and press the left soft key (
-) (Send).

respond to a meeting request
You can receive and respond to meeting requests on
your phone just like you do in Outlook on your
computer.

Press the left soft key (
-) (Start).

Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Messaging and
press the thumb wheel or center select key (
s
)
to select it.

Scroll to your e-mail account and press the center
select key (
s
).

Scroll to the meeting request and press the
center select key (
s
).

Press the left soft key (
-) (Accept); or press the
right soft key (
+) (Menu), scroll to Decline or Tentative,
and press the center select key (
s
).
