Thanks for choosing Sprint. These terms and conditions are part of 
your agreement with Sprint for PCS Services.
The terms and conditions included with your PCS Phone may not be 
the most current version. For the most current version of the terms 
and conditions, please visit our website at www.sprintpcs.com or call 
PCS Customer Service Solutions at 1-888-211-4PCS. If you activated 
PCS Services before the effective date of these terms and conditions, 
these terms and conditions replace and supersede any previous terms 
and conditions.

Agreement.
 Your agreement (“Agreement”) with Sprint Spectrum L.P. 
and any of its affiliates doing business as Sprint providing PCS Services 
(“Services”) to you is made up of these Terms and Conditions of 
Service (“Terms”) and the Service Plan that we agree to provide you. 
Your “Service Plan” is described in our marketing materials, and 
includes the terms, rates and features we set for that Service Plan. In 
the agreement, we use the words “we,” “us,” “our” or “Sprint” to refer 
to Sprint Spectrum L.P. and its affiliates doing business as Sprint. You 
accept the agreement when you activate PCS Services or make any 
attempt to use our PCS Services (for example, attempting to place any 
call while on or roaming off the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network, using 
data services, etc.). We may change the Agreement at any time by 
giving you prior notice. Any changes to the Agreement are effective 
when we publish them. If you use our Services or make any payment 
to us on or after the effective date of the changes, you accept the
