3.  Tap on the checklist you want to add tasks to.

4.  Tap 

Add Item.

5.  Type the task name and tap 

Enter. 

The new task has been added to the checklist.

The new checklist is added to the end of the listing. 
On the right, the numbers (0 of 0) indicate that no tasks have been 
added to checklist.
