Service for Your Smart Products
How to get your Smart Label Printer repaired
In the unlikely event that your Smart Label Printer should 
require repair, please copy the Return Information Card at the 
end of this appendix and include it with your printer when 
you send it to our authorized repair center.
Returning your Smart Label Printer for repair is as easy as 1-
2-3!

Complete the Return Information Card.

Pack the product in a protective carton (like the original 
box). Include the Return Information Card in the box.

Ship the package to the repair center.
Repair Policies:
All products are repaired to original factory specifications.
All out-of-warranty repairs carry a 30 day warranty.
Products are usually repaired within 48 working hours of 
receipt by the repair center.
All products being returned for repair should be insured for 
full replacement value.
