To bring up the On-Screen Setup Menu, press the SEL

Adjusting Video Settings and Accessing Advanced Functions
Your LCD TV features an On-Screen Setup Menu that allows you to adjust settings for Video and Language
preferences, and gives you access to advanced features such as Parental Channel Blocking. When you change
settings in the Setup Menu, they are stored even when power is turned off. If you wish to return to the factory
defaults, they can be easily reset with the Memory Recall function.
