1. On the RCU, press:

a. the MENU key;

b. the  key to select the 

 menu;

c. the OK key, to select the 

 menu.

2. In the SAT field:

a. Press the OK key to drop-down the menu;
b. Select satellite S00;
c. Press the OK key.

3. Note that the Add data menu appears. In this menu 

you can create a new satellite and it’s 
transponders.

4. Continue with step 5.

5. In the SAT field:

a. Press the OK key to drop-down the menu;
b. Select satellite S00;
c. Press the OK key.

6. Note that the keyboard comes in view.
7. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the name of 

the satellite:
a. use the arrow keys to navigate;
b. press OK to accept the character;
c. select the 

 button to get lower case 

characters and numbers;

d. select the 

 button

e. on the RCU, press the OK key to confirm.

8. On the RCU, use the numeric keys to enter the 

Degrees (position).

9. Select the Location:

NOTE

It is possible to add more than one TP to the new 
satellite. In that case, in the following procedure select 
Add more (to add a new TP) in the step where you are 
asked to go to the Continue field (to search channels).

FOR ANALOG/DIGITAL RECEIVERS

10. In the Frequency field:

a. On the RCU, use the numeric keys to enter the 

transponder frequency;

b. Press the  key to advance to the next field;
c. Select Digital or Analog.

11. In the Polarity field, select H for Horizontal or V for 

Vertical.

12. In the Symbol rate field, enter with the numeric 

keys the symbol rate.
