Accessing the Web Interface for the first time
To access the web interface for the first time, first you need to connect the VDR to a LAN (See
“Chapter 3 Port connections” in the Vpacket 5100/6100 Series Installer’s Guide for details). After
making the physical connections, you can follow these steps.
To launch the web interface for the first time
1. Open a web browser of your choice.

2. Enter the default Ethernet IP address: http://192.168.0.254 and then Enter.

3. Log on by entering the default user name: admin (or your previously configured user name)
