To cancel the time setting press the left key when the cursor is over "month," "date," 

or "year," whichever is located at far left of the second line.

Set your Country code as follows:

1.

From the Function screen select Menu.

2.

Using the Down arrow key scroll to Admin Setup.

3.

Press Enter. (At this point you will need the Administrators’ password)

4.

Enter the admin. password using the Ten Key Pad. Press Done to complete.

5.

Using the Down arrow key scroll to Fax Setup. Press Enter.

6.

Using the Down arrow key scroll to Basic Setup. Press Enter.

7.

Using the Down arrow key scroll to Country Code. Press Enter.

8.

Select the Country in which the MFP is situated. Press Enter.

9.

Use Left arrow key to return to Function screen.

Set your Fax ID as follows:
1.

From the Function screen select Menu.

2.

Using the Down arrow key scroll to Admin Setup.

3.

Press Enter. 
At this point you need the Administrators’ password)

4.

Enter the admin. password using the Ten Key Pad. Press Done to complete.

5.

Using the Down arrow key scroll to Fax Setup. Press Enter.

6.

Using the Down arrow key scroll to Basic Setup. Press Enter.

7.

Using the Down arrow key scroll to Sender ID. Press Enter.

8.

Enter your Sender ID (as required) using the Ten Key Pad. Press Done to 

complete.

9.

Use Left arrow key to return to Function screen.
