You can check, correct, supplement or delete your local entries at any time.

1. Search for the desired entry as described in Section 3.4.2, "Searching for 

entries", beginning on page 33.

2. Press the key 

 in order to edit the entry. The following is now 

displayed (the entry "Madonna" for example):

The input fields are displayed. The cursor in the field stands for the name of the
subscriber.

3. If required, correct the subscriber entry.
4. With the arrow keys, select 

 the input field Number and correct the 

entry, if required.

5. With the arrow keys, select 

 the input field Name and correct the 

entry, if required.

6. In order to save your changes, press the key  .

The entry saved message appears and the alphabetical telephone directory

list is re-opened.

7. In order to delete an entry, use the arrow keys to select 

 the menu 

Delete and press the key 

.

You are asked whether the entry is to be deleted.

8. In order to confirm the deletion, use the arrow keys to select 

 the 

entry Yes and press 

.

The entry deleted message appears and the alphabetical telephone directory

list is re-opened.

9. In order to abort the deletion, use the arrow keys to select 

 the entry 

No and press 

.
