Accessing the Media-Jukebox MKII on your Windows PC
1. Make sure the Media-Jukebox MKII is connected to your computer’s USB 2.0 port and that the 
    AC power adapter is NOT connected to the Media-Jukebox MKII.
NOTE: A window may come up titled LOCAL DISK that asks you “What do you want Windows to do?”  
          If you see this window follow step 2A otherwise go to step 2B.
2A. Click on the “open folder to view files using Windows Explorer” option.
3. Press OK
4. You will now see the contents of your Media-Jukebox MKII
or
2B. Open up the MY COMPUTER folder
NOTE: A window may come up titled LOCAL DISK that asks you “What do you want Windows to do?”  
         If you see this window follow step 3A.
3. Double-click on the “Local Disc” icon that refers to the Media-Jukebox MKII
4. You will now see the contents of your Media-Jukebox MKII
NOTE: If the Media-Jukebox MKII does not appear, try unplugging and reconnecting the USB 2.0 cable 
          to the computer.  If this does not work, you may need to change its drive letter.  See the 
          Changing the Drive Letter section in this manual for detailed instructions.
Naming and Renaming Files
In order for the Media-Jukebox MKII to program and play files, all filenames must be in 5-digit numeri-
cal form.  While changing file names, you will need to create a song catalog to refer to when selecting 
track numbers for playback.
To change a file name:
1. Right-click on the file
2. Click on the “GENERAL” tab
3. Highlight the file name and change it to the desired number
NOTE: Make sure there are not any files with the same number already in the hard drive.
4. Click OK
NOTE: Be sure you keep a record of the song name and its corresponding number as a 
          reference when programming songs for playback.
