Customers are entitled to get Warranty Services for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Regarding the troubles caused by customers or natural disaster, customers will be
required to pay the charges despite the period of free services.

Charged Services
1. Troubles caused by putting in improper things (water, coffee, and sand) to the player.
2. Damage or malfunction caused by dropping or giving a shock to the player.
3. External damage or deformation caused by organic solvents such as benzene, thin-

ner, and etc.

4. Troubles caused by not using pure parts or articles of consumption.   
5. Loss or damage of parts caused by customers’ arbitrary breakdown.
6. Troubles caused by repairing or modifying the player by persons who are not techni-

cians of the HWI Support Center.

7. Troubles caused by natural disaster such as fire, damage from salt water, gas, earth-

quakes, and storm and flood damage).

In FM radio listening, too
many noises and can’t hear
the broadcasting.

Check the earphones if it’s securely plugged in. the
earphones work as an antenna,

Keep the player away from magnetic products.

Unable to download Files

Check if the USB cable connected securely.
Check the available memory.
See if the battery is completely discharged.
Downloading may not work if the power is not suffi-
cient.

LCD display is dark

Check the settings of the LCD screen.
