In this example, if the NAT rule is configured with a lower priority than
the IPsec Tunnel traffic rules, all packets with source address within
the configured range first match the NAT rule. Additionally, if no rule is
configured to match the outgoing traffic sent through the IPsec Tunnel,
then the outgoing packets with source address within the configured range
always match the NAT rule, even if it is configured with a higher priority than
the incoming IPsec Tunnel traffic rule. In either situation, no packets would
ever be directed to the IPsec Tunnel.
