Model 5399 RAC Digital Modem Configuration Notes
QR: Retrain when quality is bad. When this option is enabled, the modem
pauses to retrain or re-establish the modem connection when the
quality of the connection falls below the Signal Quality threshold value
specified in Parameter 33. This is done in an attempt to respond to
changes in the telephone connection and restore a high quality
connection.
