Firmware update 

 

1. 

Hold down the play button and do NOT release and then 
connect the drive to the host machine via the USB cable. 

2. 

The drive will enter recovery mode. 

3. 

A new drive called 

Player Recovery Device 

 

Class 

will appear in the Device Manager.
