Binding the VPLS Instance 
You can Binding a Layer 2 Ethernet interface and a VLAN interface with the VPLS instance. After you 
configure such a binding, the VPLS connection services packets that carry the specified VLAN tag and 
are received on the specified Layer 2 Ethernet interface. 
Configuration prerequisite 
Configuring the VPLS instance. 
Configuration procedure 
To bind a Layer 2 Ethernet interface and one or more VLANs with a VPLS instance, you need to create 
a service instance on the Layer 2 Ethernet interface, configure a packet matching rule for the service 
instance, and bind the service instance with the VPLS instance. After these configurations, packets that 
arrive at the Layer 2 Ethernet interface and match the packet matching rule will be forwarded through 
the bound VPLS instance.
