7.3

This section explains how to scan a document and save it to a Mailbox on the server.
This section also explains how to change file names and how to delete files.

File name

Automatic
(Year, month, 
day, hour, 
minute, second)

A name will be automatically assigned to the file saved on the server.
The file name assigned is actually the time when the file is saved and is
in the following format:

● The saved file name can be changed. For details, refer to “7.3.3

● When the display of the File Name Entry screen is set to On, the value

Time

Automatic

hour, minute)

The save time will be automatically assigned to the file saved to the
server. 
The save time assigned is actually the time when the file is saved and
is in the following format:

● Even if the saved file name is changed, the save time is still displayed.

Data volume

2GB

This is the total volume of data that can be saved as scan files on the
server.

Mailbox

300 boxes 
(fixed)

300 Mailboxes are provided on the server. 
You can select Mailboxes for saving scanned document data from
among these.
