Incorrect Number of Pages Used in the Staple Option 

•  If a staple option is applied to a single page job, the page will be printed to the HCSS Stack 

Tray without being stapled. 

•  If a staple option is applied to a job that contains too many pages, the job will fail in the 

Print Queue, and the following message will appear in the Alerts window, “Job can’t be 
printed and stapled due to page quantity, cancel the staples option.” 

Heavy Inserts Enhancements 

Heavy weight inserts to a duplex job, such as transparencies or 220gsm, are now supported. 

VIPP 5.1 

The Spire CXP5000 color server now supports VIPP 5.1.
