Dynamic Page Exceptions Support
The CXP6000 version 3.0 supports Set Page Device commands embedded in PS, PDF, VIPP or
VPS files that enable Dynamic Page Exceptions. To support dynamic page exceptions a virtual
printer must be defined that supports dynamic page exceptions commands. In addition, a
required paper set that corresponds to the set page device commands (up to 4 different paper
sets for each virtual printer) must be selected.
This feature is especially useful while working with VI jobs that contain a different number of
pages per booklet and therefore cannot be programmed for exceptions/inserts using the standard
Page Exceptions module.
