Jam at Multi-Purpose Tray 

Remove all media in the Multi-Purpose Tray.

Remove the jammed media from the Multi-Purpose Tray.

Set the Media Thickness switch for the media you are using 
(page 25).

Re-insert the media in the Multi-Purpose Tray.

To clear the error message, open and close the printer’s front 
door.
