Select the Notify me when my job completes option if you want to be notified when your job 
is finished printing. A message appears in the lower-right corner of your computer screen 
displaying the name of the job and the name of the system where it was printed.

This feature is only available when your system is connected to your computer over a 

network.

To select job notification in a supported driver:

Select the Output Options tab.

Check the Notify Me When My Job Completes box.

Click OK.

Select the Troubleshooting pane.

Check the Notify Me When My Job Completes box.
