This command gets the state of current calls. (To register the shell session to 
receive notifications about call state activities, see 

getcallstate

returns something like

cs: call[0] speed[512] dialstr[216.54.149.109] 

state[connected]

while still in the call. When there is not active call, it returns something like

cs: call[0] inactive
