HELPFUL ASSEMBLY HINTS
Assemble screws finger tight only until completely assembled as adjustments
may be necessary.
ASSEMBLY
1. Mount support brackets positioned as shown to back under side of table
by threading socket head bolts 2a  finger tight into pre-threaded holes in
table (Figure 1 & 2).
2. Place one washer 5a (larger hole) over shoulder of support rod and
position shoulder into hole of support table 4. Place one washer 5b (small
hole) on other side of support table and secure with a socket head bolt 2b.
Repeat step 2 for other rod (Figure 3).
3. Attach retaining clips 6a  to the support rod. Retaining clip 6a works as a
stop to prevent the outfeed support table from butting against the table,
and also allows proper clearance for rip fence (Figure 3).
4. Insert opposite side of support rods with mounted outfeed support table
into support brackets and secure with retaining clips 6b. Screw lock
knob into support bracket 1.
5. Move outfeed support table in and out a few times. If needed, adjust
position of support brackets to enable smooth support rod movement.
Tighten socket head bolts 2a.
OPERATION
The outfeed support was designed to extend the depth of the table’s work
surface to support longer workpieces. The outfeed support is adjustable.
Simply pull the center of the outfeed support table 4, slide to desired position
and lock in place by tightening lock knob 7.
NOTE: When not in use always slide to the closed position.
