Your phone provides distinctive rings to identify ringing calls.
It also provides tones to assist you in using system features or
making calls.
To Identify Ringing Calls
Your phone uses three distinctive ringing patterns to help you
identify different types of incoming calls.
Ring
Meaning
One long ring
An inside call
One short ring and one
An outside call
long ring
Two short rings and
An outside call transferred to you, a
one long ring
returning transferred call, or a returning
