Call Handling

Hold

When you have a call or conference on hold,
your phone beeps once each minute.

A conference call can have up to three inside
participants, including yourself, and up to two

SECURITY ALERT:
If the system selects an SA Voice button

the extension. If the call is not answered and

other conference participants is broadcast on
that extension’s speakerphone. To prevent
this, be sure to drop an unanswered
extension that you’ve called on an SA Voice
button.
