Use the keypad to enter a password of up to six characters. You can use letters or numbers, or a 
combination of both. When you have finished, select OK.

Select Activate to enable the password.

When you have finished, select Save.

The Magellan RoadMate can be set to automatically increase the volume when the vehicle exceed 45 mph to compensate for 
road noise.

Select Automatic Volume.

Select the number increment by which to increase the volume.
