If abnormality is occurred, confirm the following items in advance before requesting to the customer care center. 

• Is the power plug unplugged?

• Plug the power properly.

• Whether a power cut occur?

• Retrieve working when power cut finish.

• Whether the front panel open or not?

•  When the front panel opened, operation 

cannot be performed. Close it completely.

• Did you check the operation display part?

• Please set timer again referring to user 

manual.

• Is indoor contamination bad?

• Please ventilate and use. 

• Is there a lot of garbage in pre-filter?

• Clean the pre-filter. 

• Isn’t the usage area too wide

•  Use the product fit for the usage area.  

(Please avoid places with fluent ventilation 

such as door and window.)

• Is there any obstacle nearby?

• Please remove the obstacles.

• Is it installed in a place without fluent wind 

flow?

• Please reinstall at different place.

• Is “locked” lamp on in operation display? 

•  Press NPI sterilization/lock button for 3 sec. to 

cancel lock setting.

• Didn’t you press the button too weakly? 

•  The button of this product is not a touch type, 

so press a little harder until the function is 

changed. 

•  Didn’t you press the button too close to 

Start button?

•  Press toward air quality lamp from Start button 

part.
