You cannot record additional scenes or unfinalize a DVD-RW disc

UNFINALIZE THE DISC
You cannot record additional scenes or convert still images to a 
Photomovie scene on a finalized DVD-RW recorded in VIDEO 
mode. Unfinalize the disc first.
