Decommission a Device From a Location and Keep It in
Inventory

If an access point is assigned to a location and active, you can decommission it from the location. Upon
decommissioning, the access point is reset to factory defaults but with a few configuration exceptions: The

To decommission one or more access points from a location:
1.
Open a browser on your computer.
2.
In the address bar, enter https://bc.netgear.com.
The application login page displays.
3.
Enter the email address and password for your BCWM and click the Login button.
The Monitoring page displays.
