I received a User Validation error when I forwarded a file to Xerox Mobile 
Print Portal. Why can't I print? 
If you have multiple email accounts that you aggregate, and you want to forward files from the aggregated 
email account to Xerox Mobile Print Portal, it must be the email account that is associated with your Xerox 
Mobile Print Portal profile. To successfully print, you could forward from one email account to the one 
associated with Xerox Mobile Print Portal and send the file to print from there. 
What if I do not want to print the file immediately? 
Use the Upload option. This saves your file until you send it to a specific printer later, or release it at the printer. 
What do I do if Open In Print Portal is not an option from email and other 
applications? 
This is a known issue with BlackBerry devices. First check that you have not set another print application as your 
default. Another option, in order to print emails, email attachments, and, in some instances, from other 
applications you must forward the item you want to print to the printer's email address. This information is 
found on the Printer Details view.
