How To Print Using the @PrintByXerox
Printer App

1. On a Mobile Print Cloud enabled MFP, press the @PrintByXerox button. A Loading

Details screen displays.

2. Enter your email address and press Save.
3. Enter your password on the Enter password for screen and press Save. Your document

list displays.

4. Select the documents you want to print.
5. Select your Print Options and then OK.
6. Press Print. The Submitting Jobs to Print screen displays with the conversion state

shown. A green check mark appears once the document(s) begin to print.

7. When finished, press Exit to return to the main screen of your Multifunction Printer.

How To Enable Cardless Authentication

Cardless Authentication is the ability to control access to the UI functions and require
users to log in to a Xerox Multifunction Printer without having to use a physical access
key card.

The Account Administrator can lock a MFP and require authentication. The Agent
communicates with the device to lock the UI.

Requirements for this feature:

• Devices must support Cardless Authentication. Refer to

for the latest list.

• This feature is only available with Xerox Mobile Print Cloud Device Pack licenses. See

for instructions. Cardless Authentication is not available in

accounts that have Job License.

• Mobile Print Cloud Agent software must be installed and must discover the MFP.
• The device must be enabled.
