What is defined in a Preprocess?
The View/Change Preprocess dialog is divided into three sections:

Name
Enter the name the Preprocess will be known by within the Spooler. Maximum 15
characters.

Enter the command line used to run the preprocess. Typically, this is the full path
name of the application, batch file or script to be run, with any required command
line parameters. The Spooler will parse this string and perform command line
parameter substitutions as required.
