III. Set up a Windows printer

In Windows, go to the Add Printer Wizard.

Select a common printer from the list (such as HP Laserjet 4
or Generic) and go through the process of adding a printer.
When you are asked to select a port to use with the printer, the
port name (job definition) that you have added with the Port
Monitor as the input source will be displayed in the list of
available ports.
