Configuring Administrator and Key User
Settings
Settings
To prevent unauthorized changes to printer settings:
1.
Launch your Web browser.

Enter your printer’s IP address in the browser Address field. For details, see

In the User Name and Password fields, enter your user name and password (up to 10

If you want to use the Key User account, you must configure an Administrator account. If
the Administrator account is empty, then Any User has the same permissions as the Administrator

to change printer settings, clear the Modify Configuration Web Pages check box. If you want to

10. Click the Save Changes button.
