Creating Filter templates
If you often filter jobs according to specific criteria, you can create a
filter template. In this way, you can filter jobs easily in one step and
avoid the need to enter specific information each time you want to filter
jobs.

Open the Filter dialog box by selecting Filter from the Window
menu.

Select Save As.

The new template is saved in the Templates drop-down list in the

You can view jobs in the Queues, Archive, and Job Log windows
