Using a desktop printer
You can create more than one desktop printer of the same physical printer.
Then, set up each desktop printer with different print modes or options that
you use frequently, and give each desktop printer a descriptive name. This
allows you to print quickly to a specific printer with your favorite options
already selected.

Setting up unique desktop printers
1.
Create a desktop printer using the instructions on page 8-3.

Select (highlight) a desktop printer icon. The
Printing menu
appears in the menu bar at the top of the Macintosh screen.
