Troubleshooting
Clearing transfer roll jams
1.
Push the button and open the printer's top cover.
2.
Lift out the transfer roll. Check the roll for tears and wrinkles. (If
the roll is damaged, replace it with a new one.) Straighten the roll
and put it back in. Make sure the transfer roll is properly installed:
the black band is on the left, with the unused end in the back of the
printer.
