To use the printer with Aldus PageMaker or FreeHand, and other
applications, use the installer application on the printer’s CD-ROM or
diskettes to install the PPD printer description files. Refer to page 2-2 for
instructions on installing the printer’s software. Once the files are installed,
you can use them to set up a PPD-driven printer driver, such as the Adobe
PSPrinter, for your printer; see page 2-3 for instructions.
