Customer Support
Server Installation
· 
The physical installation of the KPG Matchprint Professional Server
(MPS) is done by the Delivery / Removal Carrier.
·  The customer will be responsible to verify the connection of the
MPS to the DocuColor 12 Printer with simple instructions that are
provided by the D/R Carrier.  The Quick Start contains information
on how to quickly begin using your Matchprint Professional Server.
· 
Network Installation and configuration of this MPS on the network is
a customer responsibility.  Xerox Analysts support is available on a
fee basis.
Software Upgrades
· 
Periodically, Xerox will make available new software releases  that
will be customer installable.  It will be the customer’s responsibility
to perform the software upgrade activities.

general information, answer questions, and take service calls.  You

Customer Training
· 
Customer Training is available on the KPG Matchprint Professional
Server. All training is on a fee basis. Please contact your Sales
Representative for more information.
Supplies
·  With your unique nine digit customer number for the KPG
Matchprint Professional Server, you may order the KPG Matchprint
Co-Branded Xerox Color Laser Proofing Papers that are integral to
creation of the value added output.  You will obtain this customer
number from your Xerox Sales Representative at the time of your
initial order.  Keep this number for future reference.
Reference Material
· 
The KPG Matchprint Professional Server is shipped with Hardware
Installation and Quick Start guides to start using the MPS promptly.
· 
A comprehensive User Guide is including in the Software installed
on the MPS as received.  It may be printed for hard copy reference.

·  Surge protection is required for all MPS (CPU+Monitor)
installations.  If Xerox supplied a surge protector then it must be
used to assure product warranties and support.
·  The power source for the MPS must be continuous and not
interrupted by an on-site power failure.
Installation Considerations
· 
Electrical requirements and space requirements must be satisfied
prior to equipment delivery.
·  The Deliver / Removal Carrier physically installs the KPG
Matchprint Professional Server. The customer is responsible for
configuring the MPS to the network.
· 
The work surface of the MPS must not infringe on the space
required by the DocuColor 12 and any attached accessories unless
the work surface is a table that has wheels and can be easily
moved.  Refer to the DocuColor 12 Customer Expectations Setting
Document.

NOTE:  The Photo Glossy paper is packaged in a sealed box that also
contains a re-sealable plastic bag.  Once the box is opened the box and
unused paper should be stored inside of the sealed plastic bag to protect
it from moisture in the air.

KPG Matchprint Co-Branded Xerox Color Laser Proofing Papers
designed for the KPG Matchprint Professional Server system is
considered extra heavyweight paper and must be fed from Tray 5 (the
Multiple Sheet Inserter or By-Pass Tray) only.
