TO MANAGE A PRINT SERVER
Select the Print Server in the Print Layout box.. Click the
Manage Print Server button. The Print Server Manager
dialog appears. The dialog contains three TABS: Users,
Operators and Printer.

USER
• The User Tab lets you assign a user to a Print Server. .
It has two lists Available Users and Assigned Users.
The Add>> button can be used to add any user to the
Assigned Users list. The <<Move button can be used
to remove already assigned users.
