Users joining web conference are grouped into low-, medium- and high-bandwidth groups based on their 
connection speed.  Previously, data compression only occurs for the users in the low- and medium-
bandwidth groups. 
 
Starting from 4.2.7.106 release, data compression will also occur for the users in the high-bandwidth 
group.  This should help to reduce amount of network traffic.
