On the navigation bar, select Manage Users > Edit User List.

Locate the user account in the list using the index or one of the search
options on the page.

Under Privileges > General, check Collaboration Meeting Room.

If you suspect unusual activity in the account, select Suspend so that the
Personal Room cannot be accessed until Host PIN has been reset by the

Add a single contact
Use this procedure to add a new contact to the company address book for
your WebEx service site.

Click Add Contact. To add a distribution list, click Add Distribution List.

Activate and deactivate user accounts
You can temporarily deactivate user accounts. While the account is
deactivated, the user cannot host WebEx sessions. You can reactivate the
user account at any time.
