Update on Labels for Transceiver Modules

In order to protect customers and help them to identify genuine Cisco

®

 transceivers, Cisco is introducing 

new security features on the labels attached to products from Transceiver Module Group. 

These features are already implemented on the following product IDs:

●

 

WS-G5486 

●

 

GLC-SX-MM 

●

 

GLC-LH-SM 

●

 

GLC-T 

And those will be deployed between September and December 2010 on:
