announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the SSL VPN Module for Cisco Catalyst 6500
and Cisco 7600 Series. The last day to order the SSL VPN Module for Cisco Catalyst 6500 and Cisco 7600 Series is
May 29, 2007. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical
Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones,
definitions, and dates for the SSL VPN Module for Cisco Catalyst 6500 and Cisco 7600 Series. Table 2 lists the
product part numbers affected by this announcement.
The recommended replacement for the Cisco WebVPN Module and the SSL VPN Module is the Cisco ASA 5500 Series, VPN Edition,
which enables organizations to gain the connectivity and cost benefits of Internet transport without compromising the integrity of corporate
