The Desktop Administrator Interface
The Desktop Administrator interface has two panes. The left pane is a navigation tree

you choose in the left pane.

The root of the navigation tree is Locations. Underneath Locations is the logical

the applications that administer Agent Desktop, Supervisor Desktop, and IP Phone

Toolbars and Menu Bars
When you select a node on the navigation tree, the Desktop Administrator menu bar
