Reason Code Dialog for Logout
This dialog lets you select a reason code to be sent along with the logout request. Reason codes can be 
configured at CTI OS server 
Ready Button. Clicking the ready button will send a request to CTI OS server, to put the agent in 
ready state (ready to accept calls). 
Not Ready Button. Clicking the not ready button will send a request to CTI OS server, to put the 
agent in not ready state (ICM will not route calls to an agent in the not ready state). If Reason Codes 
are supported on the switch and configured on ICM, a reason code dialog will pop up as shown in
