Grid – This contains an Arguments array of up to three elements, each 
of which are Arguments arrays with the following keys: 
“AgentStatistics”, “CallAppearance”, and “SkillGroupStatistics”. The 
Arguments arrays for each of these enable the user to set configuration 
for the appearance of the columns for each grid, as described in the Cisco 
ICM Software CTI OS System Manager’s Guide. The packing of this 
Arguments array is as follows:

IPCCSilentMonitor – This contains an Arguments array, where each 
member is a configured item described in the Cisco ICM Software CTI 
OS System Manager’s Guide. The packing of this Arguments array is as 
follows:

Login – This includes a nested Arguments array with a value for each 
different connection profile, where the keyword is the name for the 
Connection Profile listed in the System Registry. Information included in 
each profile is described in the Defining Connection Profiles section of 
the Cisco ICM Software CTI OS System Manager’s Guide. The packing
