To specify the local time stamp for PDSN accounting events, use the cdma pdsn accounting 
local-timezone command in global configuration mode. To return to the default Universal Time (UTC), 
use the no form of this command.

This command has no arguments or keywords.

UTC time, a standard based on GMT, is enabled.

Global configuration

You must use the clock timezone hours-offset [minutes-offset] global configuration command to reflect 
the difference between local time and UTC time.

The following example shows how to set the local time in Korea:

clock timezone KOREA 9

cdma pdsn accounting local-timezone

This command was introduced.

Causes the PDSN to send:

An Accounting Stop record when it receives an active stop 
airlink record (dormant state) 

An Accounting Start record when it receives an active start 
airlink record (active state)

Specifies the hours and minutes (optional) difference between the 
local time zone and UTC.
