This document describes common reason why no hyperlink is included in Spam Quarantine digests.
Solution
The Spam Quarantine of the Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) and Management Security Appliance
(SMA) runs on a separate port which must be enabled before the text will be hyperlinked. To enable this, go
to the IP Interfaces page of the Network tab, select the IP interface which you want the quarantine to be
hosted on, and check the desired selections in the 'Spam Quarantine' section.
