New Feature: Improvements to the User Interface Reduce Confusion About How to Open a
Registered Envelope
Registered Envelope
This feature was implemented to make it easier and more intuitive to open registered envelopes using the
Cisco Business Class Email application. Without this feature, many users would tap on the attachment
of a registered envelope and think that they had opened the envelope. However, when Quick Look
launches, it displays some text and images, but it does not actually open the envelope.

Now, registered envelopes displayed in Quick Look contain text that prompts users to install and use the
Cisco Business Class Email application to open registered envelopes. When users tap on the text, they
